Registration Options

Registration Options:

You can register via Eventbrite (use the registration button above) and pay via credit card (please note that there is a 6.5% service fee) OR you can pay via EMT or Cheque. If you would like to pay via EMT or Cheque, please use code PAYCHEQUE or PAYEMT when you register via Eventbrite. An invoice with payment details will be generated within 10 days of your registration.

TBDA Members (Thurs, Fri and Sat included)
Early Bird: $350
General: $400

TBDA Members (Saturday ONLY)

Non-TBDA Dentist/ Denturist (Thurs, Fri and Sat included)

Support Staff (attend Thurs and Fri)
